I want to simulate MOS noise
which are Thermal noise and flicker noise.
for approch this noise simulate , I am going to use Monte carlo simulation
in HSPICE.
I put the device variation like below

".noise" That's all i know...
As all of you know , there are a bunch of noises in circuit.
like.... flicker , shot noise etc...
Dose anyone know this ".noise" means?
which one mean? flicker? shot? ... johnson noise...? or all of them!?
