Hello All,
I would like to generate the PCB Contur Data for my Layout in Protel for stencil production.
Can any one suggest me how do I do that and what are the points that i should consider and take care of while generating this data.

thank u for the nice explanation, but can u please help me with how do i decide what is the right place for grounding as in my design we have a SMA connector and ground plane under it and also around the signal track.. but is it the right direction?
Re: conecting USB device
the simplest way would be to buy a serial to usb convertor which is readily available and is also nt very expensive.. but if u want to design it on your own you use a converter chip like FT232 etc.

If you need some one in and around delhi you can try Circuit System, Sark or SMI SAN..
Circuit system is very good multi layer boards and offer good prices but if you want two layer board without Sark or SMI SAN is Ok

well i want to send the protel gerber data out for PCB manufacturing. but the manufacturer need the location for some of the tracks for testing the impedance. But what i can see in the protel file is the name and in the gerber file i can only see the location.
