    mcu best compared to Atmel,PIC is the easy avliable model in market.Samples, code examples also available on free of cost.We can find more models too. Encryption also not complicated in this type. So, I suggest to go with PIC.

    how to get more memory location?

    The adc converson is 8 bit that means 0.04v you can change the adc refference volatge it get more range, that means 0.01v.
