Hi,
there is an idea to improve EMC by layout fill with dummy decoupling caps (poly1, M1, ...). There is a patent describing the idea:
Optimized decoupling capacitor using lithographic dummy filler
Do you know a free or payed tool that could do layout filling automatically?
Thanks in advance!
I have OTA op-amps in delta sigma modulator. Now I'd like to add chopper to op-amps. How can I calculate the size of the chopper switches. They are in the straight chain of the op-amps and I think they shouldn't change the settling time. So, may I take minimum sized switches?
Re: folded cascode op amp
Thank you Edajason, but what about extra biasing with matching (insensitive to threshold voltage, mobility variations and eventually temperature)? Any literature or links ?
Pls, give me an example of extra bias circuit for OTA or give me some useful links or literature. I mean cascode biasing with matching (insensitive to threshold voltage, mobility variations and eventually temperature). What is the way to calculate the biasing circuit? Thank you.

In Bulgaria, the salary for an engineer is about 500-1000US $/ mounth in the capital and two times less in the other "big" cities with famous Technical Universities. The taxes now are the lowest in the region of East Europe and I think it's a big deal to invest in the IC design domain. I think...
