The LED is put in paralle with buzzer and without current-limiting resistor, then the voltage on the buzzer + is always voltage-drop of LED, 1.8V more or less. that why no beeps.
Hi, connect IO through 1M resistor to 240VAC directly, it is OK for MCU since there are 2 diodes built inside, which can limit the voltage at IO from -0.7 to VDD+0.7, however, the system is hot, and can not touch directly.
it is a wide use solution, let me know any doubts.
Help me !! Relay's Problem ( SMS Based Device Control )
I am attaching the circuit diagram of my project
Serial Communication (MAX232) and LCD are working perfectly
i have so many doubts regarding my circuit
1) is 12v 1 amp transformer is sufficient to drive 3 relays using uln 2003
It is OK...
You have so many solutions.
You can check SH66L06A(sinowealth), Winbond or Tenx. and the cost I mentioned is around USD0.1.
The only doubt is how to drive LED with single 1.5V battery.
help on avr programming
Hi mehipour:
I think the whole word is
" if (PINB &(1<<PB2)) == 0) "
it means if PB2 is equal to 0(PB2 is low).
In ICCAVR, to get a status of a IO(eg.PB2), you can read register PINX(eg.PINB), but the value consist of all PINX(8 bits), so you must...

Hi Gameelgamal:
Choose IRFZ44N to control a 10A load may cause it too hot. I think you'd better to choose a new model.
A pull-down resistor(10K 1/4W) is necessary.
