I need to create a PCB track to replace a 1.5nH inductor.
How do I calculated the length and width of this track?
Material Er 4.3, t = 12mil, 1oz

You might like to look at this ... Getek by Polyclad. Rated to at least 10ghz, FR4 material, with charts - Er and Tand.

A program like CAMCAD will convert between PCB programs. CAM350 can read in gerber data and complie it back to PCB data. Extra work from you is necessary to complete the process though. Depending on how complex the PCB is, it maybe be quicker to redo the job.
