I need 65nm node technology files or less (28nm is preferable) for education purpose for cadence virtuoso. from where I can get those... kindly help me...
Sir it could be used in brain pacemakers which could be used in DBS...

Friends, can I use PWM for this purpose??? kindly suggest me some voltage controlled PWM which could work at 0.4 V supply voltage.......
you just take the concepts to optimize your circuit transistor....

like if u design a circuit in saturation region than the on transistors should be in saturation and off ones should be in cut off.and this gm/id plot give a vivid picture of a transistor region and related...
Friends I need a 0.4 V supply voltage cmos circuit to control the duty cycle of square wave...
I have a perfect square of 50% duty cycle with 0.4 V amplitude 150Hz frequency.I want to control the duty cycle from 0-50% by keeping the frequency same....kindly tell me how can I do that...
You should go for gm/Id methology to determine the optimum W/L ratio of each transistor. It also give a vivid picture to the region of transistors. So go for it....
How can I convert a oscillator waveform (0.4 v amplitude ,500hz)shown in the pictures into pulse or square waveform. kindly suggest me any cmos ckt that can be run in 0.4 V supply voltage for this conversion.
magnitude of the open loop gain of a ring VCO
How can I able to know the magnitude of the open loop gain of a ring VCO and plot it using cadence virtuoso?kindly help me.
