    Friends I need a 0.4 V supply voltage cmos circuit to control the duty cycle of square wave... I have a perfect square of 50% duty cycle with 0.4 V amplitude 150Hz frequency.I want to control the duty cycle from 0-50% by keeping the frequency same....kindly tell me how can I do that...

    You should go for gm/Id methology to determine the optimum W/L ratio of each transistor. It also give a vivid picture to the region of transistors. So go for it....

    Well thank u so much friends... I have done it. By the way my waveform is generated from a 0.4 V supply voltage oscillator circuit.

    but 0.4 v comparator ie. sub-threshold comparator will not give a perfect square wave from the above waves.
