Hi all,
I have a question about the price of MOSIS.
My research lab is going to chip-out a 1.5mm*1.5mm(estimation) design, and the supply must be 0.8V. So it seems that my only choice is TSMC 0.13um LV(low voltage) in MOSIS.
How much is this? A rough estimation will be enough for me.

The PTM website can generate a custom-defined model by setting vth, rdsw, tox, etc.
Does anyone know what values should I use for the TSMC 013um Low-Voltage model?
I need the Leff, Rdsw, Vth and Tox. I really don't want to begin with other models then switch...

Anyone has the TSMC 0.13um Low Voltage (1V supply) modelfile for hspice?
I am still waiting for MOSIS' approval. And I really want to have the model to begin the design ASAP.
