I have tried your circuit and the device is not able to detect by software i have built the circuit in breadboard and all the connections are correctly connected. when i click check Hardware in winpic800 it says "Unknown Device"

yes am using breadboard and all the connections are well checked. for cable i am using 2 mtrs of ribbon cable(a cable with 10 colors. i have cut 5 colors for this)and whats the PSU specs please tell me
