This, by the is for providing soft switching speed control to a vintage phase shifter clone (guitar effect) that I'm currently also attempting to layout on Expresspcb, which has the actual LFO, audio, and phase shift stages on it.

I'm sorry but I'm trying to find an easy way to copy the error messages into this reply.. :( Is there a way for me to send my ERC report? and I'm afraid I'm a bit confused on where to upload PDF of my schematic?

I at least THOUGHT I knew how to draw a schematic,,, I wish someone could just look at my schematic and see where my ERC errors are coming from.. I tried the PWR_Flag thing, and the same solution everyone posted, but no sucess.... :(
