Do you have the old NVRAM battery? It is labeled BT510 on the "Disaplay Board" (diagram A9 p.326 of the tek_2710_svc.pdf). If you can't get numbers off of it, note that this thread **broken link removed** suggests that it is 3.6V. The specs say it's lithium or silver (svc.pdf 2-10=p.25). Measure...
