im not a expert at this stuff but im pretty good at figureing stuff out. so i quess im asking is there a way to test a transistor my power supply has two mounted in the back of power supply on a long thermal fin and the wires are red,yellow,and blue i believe these are the transisters that are...
ok maybe you can help me to know why its putting out 48 volts when its a 30v 5a supply the fuse blue one day so i replaced it and it went straight to 48v and the knobs to control the volts dont work it burrys the gauge past what its suppost to
where the power from the transformer is high coming out of the secondary, to board can i add a resistor to the one wire too ruduce the 48 volts its producing to mabe bring down the dc volts thats messed up
hope i did this post right but i have a vap-5a30v2 regulated power supply,it old cant find any info on this at all,but the problem im having is when u turn it on it instantly goes to 48+ volts ,i cant do anything with ajustment knobs, the fuse blew i replaced it ,and this is the resaults i got...
