I added a "MULTICPU=2" command in DRACULA rule file. But when compile the rule file, the program said that :
"connect to address 127.0.0.1: Conection refused
trying normal rsh (/usr/bin/rsh)
localhost.localdomain: Connection refused
** ERROR: MULTICPU CAN NOT WORK WHEN rsh/remsh...
The resistor in layout can be regonized correctly.The software just ignored the resistor in netlist if it more than 21.4M(maybe,I forget the exact value). So strange. I doubt it's a DRACULA bug.

Thanks Fom, I doubt it's a bug of DRACULA as well. I'm going to change...
LVS matching error
If the MOS layout in abnormal polygons(45degree to X or Y for example), the software will extract the device with incorrect parameters. If mutiple devices with different parameter, they could not be combined together.
There is one resistor which value equels 30M in my netlist, it would be ignored when LVS, and the 2 terminal of this resistor would be shorted together. And what's more strange, when I changed the value to 20M, then the resistor would be handled correctly. I have read the DRACULA ref-book, but...

Why did you install IC5141 into RedHat9? I think it's too old. I have installed IC5141 into RedHat Enterprise Linux As4, it works very well.
