    Generally its rare to have such high sampling rate(such ADCs will be costly), most common would me 48/44.1 kHz and can do an upsampling to get 96kHz.

    ARM based processors are hot now, any mobile gadget you see one of these processor. so go for it. There are few open source tool for educational purposes but may not suite much for commercial use.

    this what wiki says, what else you want to know.? A device designed to reflect radar waves well in order to make it clearly visible on radar screens. Radar reflectors can be installed for example in boats or signal buoys.
