Poisson Equation Elliptic Coordinate Transformation Material Needed
Hi all,
Could you please do me a favor, I need this paper quite urgently, I have downloaded it on my PC 2 years ago, but I can't find it and download it now.
Is there anyone who can send me a copy, thank you in advance! I...
does not fit the given lmax-lmin
Hi all,
I need to use some PMOSFETs which have a length of 40u, but in the .scs file provided by TSMC, the length can not be larger than 20u, so I modify the lmax=20u to 50u in the file. But, when I simulate the circuit in Spectre it still says: “IXX.MXXX...
Re: DC/DC Used In BC3
The figure shown below is the comparator used, the input signal is from the BC3 core, and the negative input to the op-amp is connected to a bias voltage generated by the bandgap in the DC/DC block, VB is also a bias from the bandgap in the DC/DC.
Hi folks,
Long time no see, I have been ill for several months, this is the first time I return DGC, I miss you guys so much! I got a DC/DC circuit used in BC3, but I don't know what's its function and what's it used for, can you give me some suggestions?
Best regards,
Terry
Hi all,
I have a question to ask you, that is, you know when I am using Cadence, in Analog Artist, there is a Temperature opition in Setup, what I wanna know is this Temperature is what kind of temperature, is it the environment temperature where the die is operating, or something else?
Hi all,
In Rabaey’s book <<Digital Integrated Circuits-A Design Perspective>>, he gives us a formula for evaluating the dies per warfer, which is dies per wafer = [π*(waferdiameter/2)^2]/die area – (π*waferdiameter)/sqrt(2*die area), I wanna know where is the second term...
Hi all, today one of my colleagues asked me a question, that is how can we calculate the Channel Length Modulation Coefficient, this kind of question really confused me, most of the time I just pick up it and use it, but I don’t know how we can get it. Could you help me?
Regards,
Cherryic

Hi all, I have been reading P. E. Allen’s famous book <<CMOS Analog Circuit Design>> for 2 months, but I find some questions there, can anyone help me?
In page 403, there is a line “However, the 1/f noise is aliased around clock frequencies…,” cuz I am not a native speaker so I don’t know what...
