Which is better -- matlab or mathematica?

Mathematica and Matlab differ on their aim, so youcan not choose one or another, if you want to perform symbolic analysis mathematica is a powerfull tool, but if you need to work with data matlab will solve everything you need.

    How decrease bandgap reference's TC!!!

To calculate the PSRR in a bandgap reference. Place a \[v_{ac}\] in series with \[V_{DD}\] and measure the gain, \[v_{ref}/v_{ac}\]. Next do the same with \[V_{SS}\].

    What is temperature coefficient?

The TC is the variation of a voltage, current, resistance, etc with the variation of the temperature, for example, the resistance raises as the temperature raises. The TC is related with the bandgap cell because the variation its voltage must be very low as varies the temperature. One way to...

How to minimize delay in an inverter cascade?

Re: delay minimization You have yo check the worst case in charge and discharge of the capacitance of each transistor in your inverter and modifie the gates in the transistors to minimize the capacitances

How to identify input terminals in OpAmps ?

Re: Question about OP AMP if the opamp is diferential input and single output, you can find negative input watching the gain polarization. if you increase input voltage in a terminal and the output decreases, you had found your negative input, and viceversa.

Is there any rule for no. of contacts in case of MOS capacit

Re: Is there any rule for no. of contacts in case of MOS cap the only rule i know about contacts is its size and distance, so if you don't brake this rule, you can add as much as tou want watching carefully the compromise low res vs capacitance

How do we synthesize analog HDL?

Re: analog HDL i don't know how good is an analog cirtuit with describer language, but i prefer full-custom design instead, can somebody with experience in that field, tell me how is the performance full-custom vs hdl description?

    "analog layout automation"

automation is implemented in digital layout, in analog is better if you draw your layout full-custom

how to add spice model to a layout model

after you draw your layout, extrac the .sp or .cir and with .include you can add the model you want .include <path>.mod

How to obtain layout from VHDL code?

there are many ways to do a layout, and when u r in the industry you take what is already done, but, thas doesn't comes from wind, that is done for people like mazelk, so don't tell him "that is done", help him, and you shall learn how to get better performance in your layout

What are the results of using transistors as resistors?

Re: Transistor as Resistors you can biasing a current mirror with only add a diode-mode transistor, but, you have to add a start-up circuit because you can get a circuit with two answers, cero and your bias current. If you want to know more about self-biasing current mirror refer to Gray's book

What are the results of using transistors as resistors?

Re: Transistor as Resistors if you want transistors work like a resistance, bias it in triode region.
