    Component 100nS ???

Thanks for answering my second question. But the first one is still doubtful because it doesn't look like resistor but rather looks similar to a capacitor.

    Component 100nS ???

I found an old VCR circuit in which i saw a small 2-leg component having the text "100nS" on it. What component is "100nS". And one more question is that, what is the value in uF for the capacitor ".1J100" and ".1J160"? In fact, what does ".1" mean, and what does "J100" and "J160" mean? My...

[SOLVED] Mmc_Fat_QuickFormat instruction not working in mikroC pro/Proteus

I did it. The problem was with my proteus 7.6. I installed a newer version of it and then i was able to write to image file (mmc)from proteus.

[SOLVED] Mmc_Fat_QuickFormat instruction not working in mikroC pro/Proteus

yes. I tested the same program with the usb card reader as well, but without any luck.

[SOLVED] Mmc_Fat_QuickFormat instruction not working in mikroC pro/Proteus

I am learning the PIC microcontroller and trying to simulate some of the project programs of the book “Advanced PIC18 Projects in C by Dogan Ibrahim”. Nowadays I am working on Interfacing of SD Card with PIC18f4520 (in proteus simulation only). I copied the following code from the book to...

Microcontroller RESETs (somtimes) when Contactor energizes

In my project, i am interfacing 89s51 with drill machine's motor. (The block diagram is in the attachment). The sensor generates pulse when gear is passed in front of it. After specified pulses 89s51 stops the motor and when direction is reversed the motor moves in other direction (through other...

4-20 mA to 0-10 V Circuit Design (Isolated)

How can i design a 4-20 mA to 0-10 Volts Circuit? (I don't want to convert it to 0-5V or 0-10V using 250 or 500 Ohm resistor) Can i do it by converting 4-20 mA to some voltage signal using operational amplifier e.g. 2 to 12 Volt and then convert it to 0-10 V using Comparator circuit? Assume 4...

LabView Data Acquisition for vendors other than NI

I am a beginner in LabView Programming. I want to interface a DAQ Card PCI-1602 (from vendor ICPDAS) to Labview 8.5. This card is 32 channel card made by a vendor other than NI. So how to interface cards to Labview 8.5 that are made by vendors other that NI? (The driver for card PCI-1602 are...

    Parity checker/decoder

A parity checker check the parity in the received signal on the receiver side. e.g if 3 bit message was sent with odd parity, if the message is sent with odd parity (odd number of 1's), then parity checker in receiving end will show error in message, if the odd number of 1's sent become even...

    24c04 eeprom's writing/reading

I wrote a simple program to write and read 0x99 to address 0x0077 of 24c04 but the simulation does'nt read the value 0x99 from that address instead it reads 0x77 from 0x0077. In the proteus file i changed the serial eeprom with 24c32, 24c64, 24c128 and 24c256 and it worked fine and written and...
