hi,
I am making this SMPS with 50khz frequency, so far i have exploded 12 IRFP460 MOSFETs and 4 IRFPG50 MOSFETS, when i apply 60Vdc to this SMPS its seems to work fine, when 310Vdc is applied booom :-( , i have set 880ns as deadtime for this, i want to know what should be the safe deadtime...
i need 4x3 keypad with glcd interfaced with pic16f877a....anything i type should appear on glcd. i need its proteus design with .c and hex file please.
Thats what i want to know how ..... does lm2576 works in parallel....if yes are there any additional componemt requirement....plus i was studying about LM5116 seems that it can also work .....plz i want to know detailed solution

hi,
i want to design switch mode power supply of following specs....
60volts 30 amp dc......with 0.001 resolution for both volt and current ....but need help regarding this huge 60v 30amp core design......any design guide will....:-)
winding formulas are required not pwr supp topologies.
like for etd49
npri={(vin min/2)x10^8}/ 4 x f x b x ac
and
nsec={1.1(vout+vfd)xnpri}/vin min x dmax
similarly formulas or techniques are required to find primary/sec winding for all mentioned ones . :roll:
