thanx for considering my request, VVV:D and all . the currents(DC)(for ATX form factor) required are -12V,+12V,-5V,+5V,+3.3V,Gnd. the 3.3V is particularly difficult to get. i've attached a ATX pinout diagram and a reqiured amperes info.hope u can cook up some circuit..........
fluorescent circuit
i dont wanna play with high voltage. so can u think of some circuit that doesnt involve high voltages. the circuit i see inside the emergency lamp uses a 6V from lead acid battery as input . but i cant reproduce the circuit bcos it has the battery recharge section included...

hi, its me again...i need a circuit to drive a 6V or 12V fluorescent lamp(the lamp used in emergency lamps) using 12VDC input(trying to hook the lamp up to my car, so it must run from 12VDC)....waitin for ur help, guys......

thanx for ur suggestion ian but does the inverter work well in automotive environment, i mean , wont the car's battery get drained soon if i use an inverter...............
