    Orcad or PCAD which is the best

    I had use both of them I think poth of them is very nice and i think that you need to use orcad if your design is advanced and you need a very advanced autorouter like spectra our you have a lot of high speed constrines then usign orcad will be more useful

    Is POWER and GROUND plane works same..?

    In the high frequancey the impedance of the coupling capacitor used in the design became very small so the the power plane and the ground plane during the fast edges became short circuits so any plane will act as return path.
