I can say singapore is not the right place to do IC Design.
There are only 10 -12 companies. And then there are many graduates coming out of universities say 100 per year with ic design as their major. In terms of quality, I cannot comment.
So the companies can chose from a bigger pool and there...

Suppose , I have only the specificatin of DC open loop gain and Common mode gain and ICMR and OCMR.
How will I proceed to design the opamp. I need a high gain opamp,so I chose Miller opamp. But I would like to know,how will we decide the currents.(no slew rate is given).

Can anyone suggest me a method to sense conductance over 10 nano siemens to 50 nano siemens.
Or else any method to sense resistance between 1 Mega Ohm to 40 Mega Ohm.

U can use source follower for isolating i.e., in Common mode Feedback(see Chap 16. of Gray & Meyer).
This is all on voltage side. Instead it can be used as a current amplifier.
Common usage is voltage buffer(Av=1)
Please help by providing any reference document for any ADC design.
