I want to design an on-chip inductor on silicon substrate at 1.575GHz frequency of operation. I have calculated all the related parameters like Rs, Cp, R1, C1 etc. But how should i start with simulating the spiral structure on ADS momentum??

What is the best antenna parameter to be used for representing Main lobe and side lobe level? Please describe in a bit detail.
I mean radiated power, gain, rE or any thing else!! with what details either 10db or 20 dB or some thing else??

what will be the values of theta and phi for x-z and y-z planes to see the radiation patterns?? i am simulating a quasi yagi uda planar antenna on silicon substrate but over the frequency range the gain is coming negative what can be the reason for this?? pls help me
hey thanks elchiquito for your helpful reply..but i have used waveport to excite that antenna and no such error i've seen with waveport in radiation box.As i am using ungrounded CPW so there is some air also below the silicon substrate. but i've not used integration lines. i used a wide port...

m simulating a planar quasi yagi uda antenna on si substrate. The structure is CPW fed, but m confused which type of port should i assign viz. waveport or lumped port? whether integration lines are to be drawn for waveport also or these are drawn in case of lumped port...
thanks for the reply..but still i have a doubt..in HFSS ver11 gain can be measured in several units as dB, dB10 normalize, dB20 normalize, normalize...so my query is that which one of these units can be used for measuring gain in dBi??
