The pins in Port 1 has internal pull-ups when used for input.
The Mosfet is off and the drain is pulled high using an internal pull-up resister.
I connect and ammeter and see that the current (IL current) flowing to ground is about 15uA. I inferred that the value of the internal pull-up...
My multimeter shows:
Ib=218\[\mu\]A why?
But my calculation shows, it should be: 8.5\[\mu\]A
I used the formula:
Ib=(3.1-0.7)/(10k+271k) [I have \[\beta\] = 270 ]
What is the problem? Please help
Is the LEFT circuit of darlington pair, equivallent to the RIGHT transistor circuit?
Is my asumption true?
I replaced the two transistors in darlington pair with one; having beta equal to the product of betas of the two transistors, and the voltage from of 1.4 (0.7+0.7) across Base and...
I did this circuit in real and found that that the voltmeter is not showing want I expect.
I tough the voltmeter should be showing 5.1 volts.
Why is it showing 4.6 volts?
Note: I am using a digital multimeter. And I tried with a 3.3 v battery, then I am getting 2.8 v.
I an a newbie so please tell me how to program At89s51 chip using ISP. I will use laptop and so I do not have parallel port.
I have searched a lot on the Internet , but either I got a 404 or it uses a DB25. Will a USB-DB25 converter cable will work?
Thanks
Hello guys, I am new to electronics. While i was experimenting with 74LS series ICs, I saw the peculiarity, that the I/O current does not match the specifications for the IC. For example the 74LS00 IC specification says, that its Output High current is -400 micrcoA, But I am getting close to 170...
