Hello ,
I am looking for an inwall battery charger that can work only from the Phase line that is in that wall. There is not netral line there.
this AC/DC should be small and supply about 100mA .

You can use an excel to simulate this. Simply this is doing a modulu of the input data (which is the PWM ratio) on an internal counter. The overflow (over 128) is the value of the PWM.
