It is just that I have used a few companies in the past, and ended up that they all dispatched the jobs to the same fab house in China, and the result was not pretty...
So, I will visit their site and hope they can sort out my situation
yes that is mainly why it has back drilling. But , this misalignment , we wonder if it meets IPC-2 standard though....
On the 2nd thought, most of the people cannot do it once , has to go back drilling also, but is there any manufacturer at all can perform one time drilling for this kind of...

I have a simple but complicated question as enetitled above. Is it essential having your engineers know about the cost first then to run the designs?
I am experiencing some hard time dealing with this sometime as the trace width would be too thin down to 2mil when we narrow them down to 4...

I placed a 6 layer board (20pcs) with Rogers mixed up with FR4 TG170 with 2mil trace width from Finpo almost a month ago, they deliver them with what I imagine it would be with a lot more cost comparing from the standard board with 4mil +
