How can I find the S-parameter of the LNA which I have designed. Is there any way to calculate S-Parameter of a circuit. So that I can do the Stability and Noise analysis of the same.

Topology used : Inductively Degenerated Cascode Toplogy.
Technology used: 130nm.

I would like to design an ASK demodulator circuit, for which I use an ENVELOPE DETECTOR (or a diode detector) as a part of my project.
I want to know the following:
1) From where should I start the design. I mean how to choose the R and C values.
2) How can I feed an ASK modulated signal...
I am in an urgent need of 130nm technology parameters for design. I got the SPICE model parameters. But I think it is different from the parameters we use to design. Can you please provide the parameters which I have attached?
