since its very low current and need stabilization for various parameter. u must use band gap reference to design design current mirror....
because compensation capacitor is used for moving zero much far from its open loop value in order to make the effect of pole to be active in stop band range. i hope u it help u...

if u want analog measurement then use galvnometer in series with resistor and diode.. but if digitl then use sample and hold adc and seven sement decoder and display

As per as I know the problem is not with the brifge connection. As I don't know how u connected the mosfet in bridge but if as u said they burnt then it means they are driving much current than the rating. So u calculate your circuit required current. connect two are more mos in parallel to...
