Yes i understand. I thought Texas or Linear Technology had some solution for this. I can only find chinese websites but they don't have clear information.

The cellphones can be used while charging so i thought something for multicell packs would also exist.

I have a 4S 8000mAh LiPo battery from Hobbyking and i'd like to integrate it in a system where the battery would be powering a load (up to 80A discharging, typical 40A) and i'd like to charge the 4S LiPo battery while the system is working. Is it possible? I wanted to have the charging...

And what about that IC? Is it a comparator? When the HV1 is higher than USOL the coil relay closes those switches?
