Hi everyone, I want to simulate a DC analysis of a transistor using ADS to obtain I-V curve. I need to simulate the transistor based on the information from a data sheet. The value I can retrieve from the data sheet are Id, Vds, Ig, Vgs, Rds, Rg, Ciss which is (Cgs + Cgd), Coss which is (Cds +...
Yes, yes I'm using ADS. I'm trying to figure out how to determine the exact value of those parameters based on the simulated graph. For example like in the paper I attached below, there are simulated graphs, and the writer able to obtain the exact value of each parameters.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, for a single transistor. The Cpg is the extrinsic parameter, as shown in the figure I attached below. Ri and tau are the intrinsic parameters. And Gm is for the small signal analysis of the transistor. I also attached the setup for intrinsic and extrinsic parameters.
I already simulated and obtained graphs of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, but I do not know how to define the exact value. Below, I have attached several graphs of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. Can anyone help me or is there any reference that I can refer to?
I already simulated the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters but I do not know how to determine the exact value. Can anyone please help me or give me any reference that I can refer to? I also attached several parameters that I have obtained .
I have obtain graphs of simulated extrinsic and intrinsic parameter, the problem is, I do not know how to determine the exact value. Please, can anyone help me. I have attached few images of extrinsic parameters and intrinsic parameters.
