Meanwhile, TLP350 is available with higher driving current above 2A. However, you circuit need modification. Eg Remove the diode connected to transistor. Take it supply from the tlp250.
Also, use transistors that is of 2A and high frequency ration like 2s2655(npn)
Note, the current output of TLP250 as stated in the datasheet is 0.5A minimum to 1.5A maximum.

Finally, i would suggest the remover of additional driver used (tip41 and tip42).
The tlp250 can drive the 3 mosfet.
Can I see your circuit? Tyr and use a simple method. Use an opto coupler circuit to detect the zero crossing and use interrupt on port change input. Use time delay to manage the process.
Try and follow the reference manual from manufacturers of the chip.
For your experiment Reduce the Vs to 15v. Also, for full scale -10v is required at the input and not +10v. Some capacitors value can be change check the datasheet.

Since sim card are Programmable card, ask the distributor about the version and features of the sim card you are giving. It can be reprogram by the vendor. Meanwhile, use the sim card that are working. Good luck.
