How the receive measure the distance to satellite in GPS or Galileo?
I know that satellites transmit PRN codes and information, then the receiver can identify the satellite from its unique PRN code , but how does it measure the range or distance to satellite?
i think that the receive...
hello ,
i saved some shots of my RF signal on this ADVANTEST spectrum...when i back home i figured that the files saved as *.dat files ...contains numbers in 2 columns ... idont know how to draw them on my pc to get the signal i measured on that spectrum ?
iss there anyway to convert this...
biff44.... the 2 links are blocked for connection from outside the USA ithink....however iopened them using anonymouse proxey;...
but the 2 models are not LOS models ithink ? theyre for urban city ??
yea...but the radar equation counts for the received power from the RCS of a far subject .. counts for reflection ??
is there anything estimate the air attenuation per km for example ? rain ? and other paramteres ?
because when i calculated the range for my transmitter the FRIIS said its 50 KM...
CP microstrip antenna?
i saw somewhere in the web a CP microstrip antenna...
is this possible to build a CP microstrip antenna ??? what iknow is that this type of antennas can be only horizontal or vertical ?
for LOS (line of sight) ... propagation through air can be modeled by FRIIS equation formula ...
this equation only counts for the distance between the tX and RX..
so for 2 antenna locating 1km away for example with LOS ...how can i measure the attnuation caused by air ...
imean i want to...
jotamario ..ok iunderstand RC filters....
but
a capacitor wont form a low pass filter alone! it need a resistor !
what im asking for here is....
if the PDout of the PLL is current pulese it will need a shunt capacitor first to convert it to voltage...a second stage after then will require...
ok ;
1-so PDout correction pulses are current pulses ? or volatge pulses ?
2-when using PDout do i have to calculate the loop filter transfer function as Vo/Vi or as Vo/Iin = Z(s) ???
3- plus ive seen a design somewhere on the web ..uses a combination of shunt capacitor and resistor at...
it's MC145152-2
www.freescale.com/files/ rf_if/doc/data_sheet/MC145151-2.pdf
the problem is icant determine if this chip has a charge pump or not ??
and i want to generate only 1 single frequency ? so why hops ?
