Hi All,
I am stuck with my project..:(. I have a tester equipment which can communicate with the board using RS232 . But the board can connect to the the PC using USB connection or RS232.
Problem:-
Need to change the RS232 connections every time i need to reset the board. ( connect...
1. Standard PC COM port.( RS232). would love if it can support both ( RS232 and RS422 )
2. The voltage levels for RS232 is 3.3V or 5V for a “1”, and GND for a “0”. RS422 is differential signaling.
3. The baud rates should support 115.2k minimally, better if it can support up to 3Mbps or 4Mbps...

Thanks a lot for the reply . I was curious to know if second solution will change if we are trying to change analog to digital signal on chip and on board . Also can we have 2 vdd's for analog portion of chip or analog portion on board .
