    If used in CRT monitor , the current load is just a 50 ohm resistor, it's the standerd. v=Idac*R, and for fully differential, we have two resistors loading on the board.

    single ended structure will be enough. I have designed one. if use single to differetial converter, you can set the gain low than 1 to release the output swing of it.

    You can think it as a fullly-dfifferential amplifier. ( if M3X,M4X W/L less than M3,M4) In PWM, I think it's used as a comparator.
