System on Module FET3399-C based on Rockchip RK3399

FET3399-C is a system-on-module (SoM) based on the Rockchip RK3399 processor. It features two Cortex-A72 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.8GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.4GHz. The module integrates a Mali-T864 GPU, supporting OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1, OpenVG1.1, OpenCL, and DX11. It comes with 2GB LPDDR3 memory and 16GB eMMC storage. It is widely used in self-service, edge computing, 5G smart terminals, POS machines, facial recognition, and other fields.

The main specifications of the FET3399-C SoM include:

  • SoC - Rockchip RK3399 Hexa-core processor, including two Cortex-A72 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.8GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.4GHz.

FET3399-C SoM is based on the Rockchip RK3399 processor, which includes two Cortex-A72 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.8GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores with a clock speed of up to 1.4GHz. The Mali-T864 GPU supports OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1, OpenVG1.1, OpenCL, and DX11. It comes with 2GB LPDDR3 memory (upgradeable to 4GB) and 16GB eMMC storage.

FET3399-C Android 7.1 supports Tensorflow Lite, Caffe, and other related AI frameworks. RK3399 is optimized for deep learning applications with RKSSD and supports OpenCL and RGA hardware engines to reduce power consumption.

FET3399-C supports 4K VP9 and 4K 10-bit H265/H264 video decoding at a maximum of 60fps. The video post-processor implements deinterlacing, noise reduction, edge/detail/color enhancement. It has multiple display interfaces to support dual-screen synchronous or asynchronous playback. Dual VOP: one supports a resolution of 4096x2160 and supports AFBC; the other supports a resolution of 2560x1600; dual-channel MIPI-DSI interfaces; eDP 1.3 interface (4 channels, 10.8Gbps) for display, supporting PSR; HDMI 2.0.
