hi all
A simple question about the symbols written on the transistor, example bc557b
What does 051, 011 or 133 ( bc557b 051) mean?
There is a difference in terms of product quality
Thanks in advance

Hi,

like so often: Reading the datasheet helps.

Example: Open the ONSemi datasheet, first page, right bottom corner.

... if your transistor is not from ONSemi (we don´t know) then just use the datasheet of the according manufacturer.
