Hi
I am working on a zero cross detector circuit using PC817 for a dimmer circuit.
But the problem is that it needs a 12V ac input from a step down transformer,
which makes the circuit bulky and unviable.

Please help me find a circuit/IC that can work directly on a 230V ac.

Thanks in advance.

Syed
