Hi all

i want to ask about zero crossing detector using transistors if any one have this circuit .

differential pair

You can make a traditional differential pair and put one input to ground and the other to your signal. The output will flip at the zero crossing point.

if you can accept a crossing at 0.7V, why not use base-emitter junction?
