yum command not working in centos

Hi,

I am using centos in vmware.when i need to install any package or software i am getting the below error.

yum groupinstall 'Development tools'
Error: Bad repository file ///etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo, no repo stanzas.
Setting up Group Process
Setting up repositories
No Repositories Available to Set Up
Error: No Groups on which to run command


Actually i have edited the files ending with repo and finally it is blank.could you help how to get the original repo file.i changed the mirror section and messed up.
