Y capacitor leakage current in SMPS?

Hello,
Do you know what is the regulatory standard for maximum leakage current in a Y capacitor in a European offline SMPS? It will go between Live and earth, and another one from neutral to earth

As per EN60939 /VDE 106 part 102 / UL 1283 for line filter the leakage current should be less than 0.5mA
