Do you want to know how to design a USB2 communication interface on a Xilinx FPGA?
 

Hi Rakesh,
I guess you want to add a USB 2.0 interface to your design, then it is done by interfacing the FPGA with an appropriate USB 2.0 transceiver IC like ISP1504 which handles the physical layer protocol and the MAC layer protocol is coded in FPGA. To design this interface there is an article at below link which also gives you the PCB design data that you need.
