jtag parallel port

I want to program the XILINX CPLD 9500 SERIES. How I make the interface?

in this case you can program the cpld only via jtag.
the foundation have the right software to program.

Check the software before making or getting the hardware. I found out the painfully, after doing the programmer and hooking to a SMD Xilnix chip.

I keep trying and was told by the software, maybe I need some password to enable. After a few emails with xilinx and a few weeks, it turns out the particular variant is not supported by JTAG, an odd one of the series (not sure how many are there).
