[PIC] xbee interfacing to pic16f877a

i am doing a project for my study. In the project i have to interface xbee to pic16f877a. here the main problem is that the pic need 5v supply, but xbee woks 3.3v. so i cheeked forum got that i have to use PICLF series microcontrollers. but LF series not available in my region. so is there any way to interface xbee module to PIC16f877a

There are also dedicated voltage converter chips but if you cannot get a LF 877a doubt you can get them locally either.

can i use +5v for MCLR and 3v for Vdd
