[SOLVED] XB24 zigbee module does not detect

hai I have two XB24 modules with rs232 breakout boards.
when using with X-CTU software, during a write operation(in modem config) my system will automatically retarted. After this the module is not detecting. I have backup the other zigbee firmware and try to program the faulty module. It will show that the parameter is error.
Is there any way to reprogram my module?
help me plz......
