Hi every body,

I have a little pb by it bothers me a lot.
I must submit a paper for a conference today, they ask to write the contribution into latex using a class that they provide then submit it such as a pdf file. My pb is that I did never write something in Latex I have all the paper in MS word. I have also the scientific word but I don't know how to use the class they want.

Please Help me.
Thanks a lot

well my friend latex or more precisly tx is a document formating system its nit a wyswyg editor but more of a markup one.
I can only tell you that Open Office now includes the optin to export to La(TeX), on the other hand all linuxes and most unixes have a version of latex or tex included but it's a dificult language to learn.

Added after 2 minutes:

Well using a latex class usualy means calling the tex or latex binary with that class, well not sure too, try to it with open office.

thanks a lot
but I rather work under windows, I know it's not the better OS but anyway I think that will be more easy for me.

But U can use OO for windows and mikeTex
