UART driver for 8051

Hi friends , i need some help for writing UART driver for 8051bu using port pins,
The application is , if i need a an additional UART then i should go for different controller that having 2 uarts. without going for a controller with 2 uarts i want to write a uart driver with port pins only. pls help me for this aplcan.
