Hi !

(sorry for my poor english, but I'll try to be understandable  )

I want to know if you have informations about the way to interface a PIC microcontroller and a USB key.

My problem consists in storing datas in a USB key (if possible in a file :D ), and being able to read these datas with a PC.

For the master, I know that a PIC16F675 has a "USB interface", but the speed is very low  .

So my questions are :
- Is it really possible to write datas in a USB key with a microcontroller ?
(I have seen protocols to send datas on a USB bus, but will the key be able to understand what I want ?)
- Which interfaces can do this with a good rate? (with a PIC18 if possible  )
- Do you think that storing my datas in an external EEPROM memory would be easily ?

Thanks
