Hello all,
The 24LC64 does not generate acknowledge in the ninth clock after control word is sent. The sdata line does not get pulled down by the device.
I have configured the uC port pins of sdata and sclock in open drain also
Kindly provide your suggestions.

An i2c slave will not ACK if the slave address does not match.

What is the slave address of the 24LC64?

What address is your firmware sending?

Slave address happens to be 0A0 and the firmware is sending the right address when observed on the CRO.

The port pins needs to be configured for either open-drain or push-pull.
