WLAN mixer noise figure

By simulation we can get a noise figure curve of the mixer. The noise figure is different at different offset frequency. The closer to DC the higher noise figure because of the 1/f noise. WLAN is a wideband system with bandwidth of 22MHz. My questions is if the design specification needs RX mixer noise figure to be 14dB, then what offset frequency should it be?
