wirlessspeed

Hi
I'm looking for a sensor or circuit that measure the speed without any wiring
for example

i want a device that's to be mounted on motor ROTOR and transimite the ROTOR SPEDD

the device will be Battery powered , also it shouldn't be connected or linked to the rotor or external world
it's just mounted on the rotot no other relation to the rotor other than mounting

thanks
