I am Masters Student doing my project in WSN. I want to know whether we can Simulate wireless Sensor Network in Matlab

What? Entire WSN.... of course not!

You must want to simulate a part of WSN. What ever that part is, you can decide if it can be simulated in Matlab or not.

As far as I'm concerned, any algo can be implemented in Matlab.... however, networking algos are "easier" to simulate in NS2
